12 Play: Fourth Quarter is the title of the upcoming album from R&B musician R. Kelly, as well as the fourth installment in the 12 Play album series. "Hair Braider" was the first officially released single and Jive Records has confirmed that the album will be released during the fall of 2008.1 The album was originally planned to be released in the Summer of 2008, however, R. Kelly was unable to promote his album due to his child pornography court case.
The video for the second single "Skin" was shot the weekend of Friday, August 1, 2008.2 The song was released for digital download via iTunes on September 9, 2008. The video can be seen on Yahoo Music.3 The album was leaked to the internet in its entirety on July 28, 2008. 4
