Cheetah Motorsports is an American owned company which imports re-branded scooters, off road Motorcycles, ATVs — manufactured by others.

The company operated under the name Hot Spot Motorsports in San Diego, California from 1997 until 2005. In 2001 Hot Spot Motorsports expanded its custom automotive services division and formed a custom motorcycle parts division which specialized in custom performance motorcycle parts and accessories. In 2005 Cheetah Motorsports was formed and the company began distributing the "Cheetah" brand of mopeds, motorcycles and ATVs to US consumers.

In August 2008 Cheetah began authorizing third party dealers.
