Emily Saïdy de Jongh-Elhage (born December 7, 1946) has been Prime Minister of the Netherlands Antilles since 26 March 2006.

She is also leader of the Party for the Restructured Antilles.

Personal background

Her maiden name was Emily Saïdy Elhage; she is of Lebanese descent.

Prime Minister Emily de Jongh-Elhage is a member of the Council of Women World Leaders, an International network of current and former women presidents and prime ministers whose mission is to mobilize the highest-level women leaders globally for collective action on issues of critical importance to women and equitable development.
