  • Jellyroll (rapper), A gangster rapper from Nashville who is associated with CWB.
  • Jelly Roll (protein domain), a protein domain structure consisting of cylindrically-arranged Greek key motifs with inter-strand connections running alongside the termini of the cylinder to produce a closed structure. Its shape is superficially similar to a capped beta-barrel and also to a Swiss jelly-filled roll, hence the name.
  • Jelly Roll (design), commonly used to make cylindrical batteries (e.g. "AA", "C", D" size), where layers of anode and cathode material are rolled together.
  • Jelly Roll, a song by the band "Blue Murder"
  • Jelly Roll, a volume of poetry by Kevin Young
  • Jelly Roll, a transaction involving the buying and selling of forwards, with differing maturities on an equity option market. Usually at a monotonically decreasing price.
  • Jelly Roll, a set of 40 cotton fabric strips (usually from one fabric design) cut from selvage to selvage. Can vary from 1" to 3" in width, though average is 2.5". Strips are laid, staggered, atop each other, rolled up, tied, and sold as a bundle for quilts and projects.
  • Jelly Roll Gum Drop is a song from Frank Zappa's album Cruising with Ruben & the Jets.
