The name Khwarezmian (also Khorezmian, Khwarezm, Khwarizmim, Chorasmian, Carizmian, and others) may refer to:
- Khwarezm, a series of states in what is now known as Greater Iran.
- Khwarezmian language, an extinct East Iranian language.
- Khwarezmian Empire, Turkic-speaking Iranian Persianate Sunni Muslim dynasty in Greater Iran during the 13th century. Also known as the Khwarezm Shahs and the Khwarezmid Empire.
