Mercédesz Stieber (born September 4, 1974 in Budapest) is a female water polo player from Hungary, who competed for her native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece and Beijing 2008.

She played professional water polo for Honvéd, OSC, Szentes (Hungary), Gifa Palermo,Geymonat Orizzonte Catania (Italy) and Fiorentina Waterpolo Giotti(Italy). Stieber twice won the European title with the Hungary Women's National Team (1991 and 2001) and she twice won FINA World Championships(1994 and 2005).
