Paul Helminger (born 28 October 1940 in Esch-sur-Alzette) is a Luxembourgian politician. He is currently the Mayor of Luxembourg City, a position that he has held since 1999. He also serves as a member of the Chamber of Deputies for the Democratic Party (also since 1999, and previously from 1984 until 1989).
