Percy Barlow (11 July 1867 – 18 June 1931) was a British politician and Barrister-at-Law.
The son of Thomas Barlow and Mary Ann Emmott, he was educated at the Cambridge University, where he graduated with a Master of Arts. In 1892, Barlow was called to the Bar by Inner Temple. From 1906 to 1910, he was Member of Parliament (MP) for Bedford. Barlow was deputy chairman of the Willesden Division of the Petty Sessions in 1921, and Sheriff of Middlesex in 1927. He was further Justice of the Peace for Middlesex.
On 12 April 1892, he married Clara Frances Midelton, daughter of William Staple Lee Midelton. They had four children, two sons and two daughters.
