Sisophon (properly Serei Saophoan) is the capital city of Banteay Meanchey, Cambodia. The city separates Cambodia's National Road 5 and National Road 6. Serei Saophoan is difficult to pronounce, so often the area is written transliterated as "Sisophon", even on Cambodian signs.

A forty minutes drive from Sisophon on a poorly maintained dirt road there is a Khmer temple ruin. It is called Banteay Charm.
