The Welsh Affairs Select Committee (or simply the 'Welsh Affairs Committee') is a select committee of the House of Commons in the Parliament of the United Kingdom. The remit of the Committee is to examine the expenditure, administration and policy of the Wales Office, and relations with the Welsh Assembly1.

Members

The committee consists of 11 Members of Parliament. Members are nominated by the House of Commons Selection Committee at the beginning of each Parliamentary session, and serve for the duration of that parliament. The membership reflects the strengths of parties in the House of Commons as a whole. The Committee appoints one of its number as Chairman.
